Shipping Policy – Happy Travel SIM

All our products are digital eSIMs. There is no physical shipping involved.

📧 Instant Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your registered email address immediately. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) after purchase.

⏱ Delivery Time
Delivery is instant in most cases. In rare situations, please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive.

📱 How to Activate
1. Open the QR code from your email
2. Go to your phone Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM
3. Scan the QR code
4. Activation takes approximately 1 minute

⚠️ Important Notes
- Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout
- eSIM is activated immediately upon purchase
- Validity period starts from the next day (Day 1)
- Each QR code can only be installed once
