How to use

⚠️ Important Notice

  • eSIM validity starts from the time of purchase. You will receive your QR code via email immediately after payment.
  • eSIM can only be used on one device. Once deleted, it cannot be reinstalled.
  • You can set up your eSIM before arrival, and turn on it when you arrive.

📌 Installing Your eSIM

1️⃣ Open the email you received and locate the QR code attachment.
2️⃣ Go to Settings:

  • iOS: Open “Cellular” > “Add eSIM”
  • Android: Open “SIM Card Management” > “Add eSIM”
    3️⃣ Ensure your phone is connected to the internet, then scan the QR code to install the eSIM.

📡 Using Your eSIM

1️⃣ Turn off your primary SIM and enable the eSIM network switch.
2️⃣ Make sure Cellular Data is turned on:

  • iOS: Settings > Cellular > Enable eSIM
  • Android: Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager > Enable eSIM
    3️⃣ Your device should automatically connect to the network.
    4️⃣ If you cannot connect, manually set the APN and restart your phone.

🌍 APN Settings (if needed)

If your eSIM does not connect automatically, configure the APN manually:

📱 iOS

  • Go to Settings > Cellular Data > Cellular Data Network
  • Enter APN: celcom3g

📱 Android

  • Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names (APN)
  • Tap Edit APN or Add APN
  • Enter APN: celcom3g

🔄 Restart your phone after setting the APN.
